Vaikundarajan: ICC World Cup Knockouts Begin. India Takes on Bangladesh, Tomorrow

The quarter finals of the ICC World Cup 2015 started today. The first quarter final match in this world cup is between Sri Lanka and South Africa. Going by their record, South Africa has no history in winning World Cup quarter finals.

Moreover, the most important match will be the second quarter final played between India and Bangladesh which is tomorrow March 19, 2015 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne.

Team India is the most loved team in this World Cup, and has got tremendous support form fans in every match they’ve played until now. It is expected that a crowd of approximately 80,000 will gather at MCG to watch this match and support “The Men In Blue” .

India leads Pool B with 12 points having won all matches in the league games. Bangladesh on the other hand, has won only 3 games out of 6.  Vaikundarajan says it is interesting to see who India plays with in the semi-finals; Australia or Pakistan. Hope you all remember India has beaten Pakistan in the ICC World Cup 2015 in the opening game by 76 runs.

Since these are knockout games the team that wins today will proceed to semi-finals. Vaikundarajan is watching every match closely. Moreover, the interest is in the match between India Vs Bangladesh.  He wishes Team India “The Men in Blue”  the best of luck.
