The festival of colours is here. Sweets are distributed as family and friends get together to celebrate Holi.
“Holi is usually celebrated over two days. On day one, fire is lit on the eve of Holi to signify the destruction of evil. On day two, friends and families apply colours to each other,” says Vaikundarajan.
The tradition of Holi is said to have started when Lord Krishna applied colour on the cheeks of Radha. This gave way to the tradition of playing with colours on the occasion of Holi.
Dulquer Salmaan’s film Kali has been the talk of town for some time. There has been curiosity among the fans as they have waited for the film’s trailer. “The film is directed by well-known director Sameer Thahir. Premam actress Sai Pallavi plays the lead opposite Dulquer Salmaan,” says Vaikundarajan.
Dulquer Salmaan has established himself as the most bankable actor in Malayalam after his award-winning performance in the blockbuster movie Charlie.
Makers of the film Kali released the trailer on Tuesday to rave reviews. The trailer shows Dulquer Salmaan playing Siddarth, a man always on the verge of losing his temper. “Kali is a slang for anger in Malayalam,” informs Vaikundarajan.
Salmaan’s role in Kali is completely opposite to the one he played in his last film Charlie. While in Charlie you saw Salmaan as a happy-go-lucky guy, Kali shows the actor fuming and frustrated at people around him.
The story of the film is written by Rajesh Gopinathan. The film also stars Sunny Wayne, Chemban Vinod Jose, Vinayakan and Soubin Shahir.
Kali’s trailer was released on YouTube and has attracted more than 3.2 lakh views in less than 24 hours. The film is scheduled for a release on 26th March.
Vaikundarajan sends his best wishes to the cast and crew of the film.

The poster shows Sushant Singh Rajput in Indian Captain’s jersey. The makers of the film had released the poster a while ago. A biopic on the most successful captain of Indian cricket has filled fans with curiosity and left them wanting for more.

Sushant Singh Rajput will be seen sporting the long locks that MS Dhoni was known for during his early cricketing days.
The actor shared the poster on his official Twitter handle with the caption that read – The Man You Know. The Journey You Don’t. You need to know his story. #MSDhoniTheUntoldStoryPoster.
